Our quality driven ‘made in Phoenix’ delicacies
As we are convinced of the quality of our ingredients and the performance of our equipment, we took on the daring challenge of launching our own range of pies, pastries and other frozen treats. In 2015, Dough Rae Me saw the light of day! Â Our objective is to treat Mauritians with moreish delights. We craft them exclusively using the finest ingredients, as quality is an integral part of our essence.

The icing on the tart! All our creations are made in our workshop in Phoenix with lots and lots of love by our dream team. You will agree that there is nothing better than home cooking! We are convinced that you will be absolutely delighted by the taste of our homemade pies. Being able to promote our Mauritian know-how makes us very proud. We also source our fresh vegetables from small planters as much as we can.Â
